CardDavMATE is an open source CardDav web client implementation.

Installation
Download the source:

cd /extra/src
wget http://www.inf-it.com/CardDavMATE_0.9.7.zip
unzip CardDavMATE_0.9.7.zip

Move the source to your calendar server's web directory:

mv carddavmate /var/websites/calendar.domain.com/htdocs/

Add it to your VirtualHost in /usr/local/apache2/conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf:

    Alias /carddavmate /var/websites/calendar.domain.com/htdocs/carddavmate
    <Directory "/var/websites/calendar.domain.com/htdocs/carddavmate">
      Order   deny,allow
      Allow   from all
    </Directory>

Restart Apache:

svc -t /service/apache
